Integral Development through three fronts:
Psychotherapy – Jungian Analysis
For those who wish to understand their history, emotions, patterns, relationships, pains, and life movements, creating space for new meanings and ways of being in the world.
Psychotherapy is a space for speaking and listening.
The process unfolds through the therapeutic relationship, reflection, and contact with the symbolic — dreams, images, feelings, memories, and narratives that emerge in the experience.
Common focuses of the process:
• Anxiety, distress, and overload
• Emotional and relational conflicts
• Search for meaning, purpose, and direction
• Repetitive affective or behavioral patterns
• Life transitions, losses, or changes
• Desire for inner exploration (individuation)

The practice combines postures and movements with breathing techniques, meditation, and relaxation moments, promoting integration between body, mind, and vital energy.
