Psychotherapy – Jungian Analysis

For those who wish to understand their personal history, emotions, patterns, relationships, wounds, and life movements, creating space for new meanings and ways of being in the world. Jungian Analysis considers not only conscious experience but also the profound influence of the unconscious in shaping personality, conflicts, and life choices.

 

Therapy is a space for speaking and listening.

The process unfolds through the therapeutic relationship, reflection, and contact with the symbolic realm — dreams, images, emotions, memories, and narratives that emerge through experience. Through this dialogue with the unconscious, it becomes possible to recognize unprocessed material, repetitive patterns, and unrealized potentials, fostering greater psychological integration and an expansion of consciousness.

Massage Therapy

For those who wish to release tension, restore balance, and reconnect with the body, Thai Massage is the main therapeutic approach. It combines stretching, joint mobilization, and pressure along energetic lines, promoting holistic well-being. According to each person’s needs, sessions may also be complemented with other muscle release and relaxation techniques, deepening care and enhancing therapeutic effects.

This practice is especially beneficial for those who engage frequently in sports or experience chronic muscle pain, supporting recovery, injury prevention, and improved physical functionality.

The practice integrates postures, fluid and static movements, breathing techniques, and moments of meditation and relaxation. While rooted in Hatha Yoga, it is influenced by other styles — such as Yin, Vinyasa, Power, and Ashtanga Yoga — which expand the possibilities of the practice and allow each session to be tailored to the individual’s needs and intentions.

 

The focus lies in the relationship between body, breath, and mind, creating a space for care, listening, and integration.
