I graduated from the University of São Paulo (USP) with degrees in Biological Sciences and Administration—fields that awakened in me both a curiosity for the body and for life, as well as for the ways we organize ourselves and relate to the world. In 2016, I found in Hatha Yoga a path back to the body and to presence, and since 2018 I have been a certified instructor by the International Yoga Alliance.

During the same period, I deepened my studies in breathing practices, completing training in Rebirthing (Conscious Connected Breathing) and leading breathwork experiences and groups in different cities throughout São Paulo state, both in the countryside and in the capital.

Throughout my journey, I have moved closer to knowledge that integrates body, psyche, and spirit. I studied Thai Yoga Massage at ITM School (Chiang Mai) and hold a postgraduate degree in Analytical Psychology, working in the field of psychotherapy based on the Jungian approach.

Today, my work expresses itself as a path of reconnection:
an invitation to inhabit the body, listen to the breath, and allow life to reveal itself from the inside out.
